At Aurelian Row, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our refund and return policy before placing your order.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Aurelian Row are considered final. We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

Customer does not like the product after delivery

Slight colour difference due to lighting, camera, or screen settings

Wrong size or wrong product selected by the customer

Sale, discounted, clearance, or offer products

Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged, or without original packaging
Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange or replacement is available only if:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

You received a defective product
To request an exchange or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

Packaging photos

Unboxing video, if available
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Return Approval
All return, exchange, or replacement requests are subject to verification by the Aurelian Row team. Once approved, we will guide you with the next steps.
Refund in Special Cases
Refunds are only provided in rare cases where replacement is not possible for a verified damaged, defective, or wrong product.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
